1.00 - How does the rentshop works?
Here you could find 2 short instructions for the individual users:

1.01 - Are there any costs by sending a request?
No, because you will receive an offer regarding to your request by E-Mail. This is free of charge.
1.02 - How could I change the language?
In the upper section, you could find 2 flags. One click to a flag changes the language automaticly. This function is always available.
1.03 - I good no clue, what I need, could you help me?
If you are not shure, what kind of equipment is needed for your event, we could suggest our rental consultant.
This "rental consultant" could be found in the left section of the article groups.
Another option is, that you could send us an E-Mail or contact our team by telephone.
Search function and dynamic menues
2.01 - How does the search function works?
Left side of the search section, where you could fill in words, there is a section for search over article groups.
If you search for a "stand", you could also select for special stands f.e. for audio equipment, light equipment, and so on.
As well, you could "Search in the complete rentshop".
2.02 - Some menue points are not available at the moment, could you tell me why?
The menue left, on top and right are dynamic and will be change in order to logged in user or guest user.

2.03 - I often receive the information "file extinct", why?
For a proper navigation guarantee at the rental shop, please only use our "back" buttons of the rental shop, NOT the buttons of your browser.
Needed event datas and service prices
3.01 - At what time should I give you my event date?
We always suggest, that the event date should be give to us directly after your login and must be saved, so you will get the best results to order your equipment.
3.02 - How many datas are needed by minimum, to send a request to you?
This depends on the kind of service, that you would maybe be needed for your event.
All informations, that you are able to fill out, could be found at the right menu section, under "my event datas".
Please also read the following sections in order to this topic: 3.02a and 3.02b
3.02a - Pick up ath the warehouse, return to the warehouse
-> Day of use
-> maybe "more than one day of use" (for events, that are running more than one day)
Your expected calculated pick up and return will be calculated and shown after "Save" automatical.
3.02b - Angebote, zu welche einen oder mehrere Techniker Dienstleistungen (Service) von uns in Anspruch nehmen
-> Day of use
-> maybe "more than one day of use" (for events, that are running more than one day)
-> "Service (additional & liable to pay costs)", and after that "Needed informations for the additional service"
Right now, you could also fill out the following points, if one or more than one of this points are needed:
-> ONLY delivery
-> Delivery with build up ("ONLY delivery" is not further needed)
-> Check
-> ONLY pick up
-> Pick up with dismounting ("ONLY pick up is not further needed")
3.03 - Why could I not get prices for added service at the rental shop?
The distance to your event location and the generated service investment will not be always the same, it is very individual.
For an accurate calculated offer including all service prices, we are providing a high quality, that could not be calculated in advance at this rental shop.
Active notepad
4.01 - If I am printing my active notepad, there are not shown any prices, why?
This is volitional and the printout is just a short overview for the, in the active notepad, existing articles.
As a registeres user, you could also save this active notepad any some more benefits.
Maybe it could be a profitable for you to register and got an own user account.
We recommend this in every case to everyone.
E-Mails
5.01 - I am not receiving any E-Mails from you or from the rental shop!
Unfortunately because of the massive frequency of Spams today, that E-Mails will be displaced at the Spam suspicion folder.
We recommend, to check the Spam folder and advise or E-Mails as "confidential", that you got not such problems in future with our E-Mails.
Promotion
6.01 - I could see, that I could book a sales place at the rental shop, how does it works?
Further informations you will receive by clicking on a free promotion place.
If there should be no free promotion place, please send us an E-Mail, we will inform you about the promotion places.
